How do I apply for a scholarship?
Fill out the "Scholarships" section of the application for our program on the sign up page. The "Apply Now" button above will take you to the sign up page.
How does SBCS assess need?
Need is assessed based on income level, adult to child ratio in the household, and financial assistance, compared with national and regional statistics to determine how much assistance to provide.
How much does SBCS award in scholarships?
We provide both full and partial scholarships depending on the level of need.
How long does it take us to evaluate scholarship applications?
It can take one to two weeks for a scholarship application to be evaluated. Once we have reviewed your scholarship application, you will receive an email from SBCS with a scholarship offer or an inquiry for more information.
